Singtel names new international CEO, Chong becomes CTO

(Telecompaper) Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) has made two key appointments to its leadership team. Mark Chong will take up the role of Group CTO, while Arthur Lang will serve as Singtel's CEO International, effective 1 April 2017. Tay Soo Meng will relinquish his role as Group CTO. Tay will take on an advisory role at Singtel.
