Sepura in merger talks with Hytera

(Telecompaper) Critical communications systems provider Sepura said it has been approached by Hytera Communications about a possible full takeover. Hytera has confirmed to the board of Sepura that any possible offer will be solely in cash. Talks are still in a preliminary stage and could still fall through.
