Seoul court rejects arrest warrant for Samsung exec Lee
(Telecompaper) A Seoul court has rejected the public prosecutor's request for an arrest warrant for Lee Jae-yong, Samsung's vice-chairman and heir to his father's position as CEO, reports Yonhap news agency.
