SEC looks into Arora activities at Softbank - report
(Telecompaper) SoftBank is being investigated by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (US SEC) regulators over allegations about Nikesh Arora's activities before he resigned as president last week, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
