Sberbank to launch its own MVNO

(Telecompaper) Russian bank Sberbank has founded a new subsidiary -SB-Telecom- which will act as an MVNO, reports Vedomosti. The new company will provide telecommunications services for companies within the Sberbank group, as well as for customers of the goup. The new company hasn't yet received any licences from the federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor.
