Poland faces EU infringement action on LTE auction - report

(Telecompaper) The European Commission is preparing an infringement procedure against Poland for how its LTE auction, finalised in October 2015, was conducted. Polish operators have already raised numerous issues about the preparation and course of the auction. One of the objections concerned the award of a block in the 800 MHz band to Sferia earlier, outside the LTE auction.
