Orange starts transition to all-IP in Finistere pilot

(Telecompaper) Orange announced plans to start the transition to all-IP telephony services with a pilot in the Finistere region. The test will start in early 2017 in 14 towns with an offer to replace analogue PSTN lines with VoIP connections. The offer will be extended to ISDN lines from 2018.
