NY attorney-general sues Charter over slow internet speeds
(Telecompaper) Cable operator Charter Communications is being sued by the New York Attorney General for failing to deliver the promised broadband speeds. The suit is against Charter and its Spectrum services and Time Warner Cable, which Charter acquired last year. Attorney General Eric T.
