Netia CEO steps down

(Telecompaper) The management board of Polish operator Netia has announced that CEO Tomasz Szopa resigned on 01 June with immediate effect, without providing reasons for his resignation. At the same time, the supervisory board has appointed Katarzyna Iwuc to take on the responsibilities of CEO and CFO. Supervisory board member Stefan Radziminski has been designated as a temporary member of the management board with responsibility for strategic projects and technology until 01 September.
