Marvell appoints new CEO

(Telecompaper) Chipmaker Marvell has appointed Matthew Murphy its new CEO, effective 11 July. A veteran of Maxim Integrated, Murphy, who will also join the board of directors, will be leading a new team and the transformation of the company with a focus on profitable growth.
