HKBN launches mobile services, focuses on quad-play

(Telecompaper) Hong Kong fibre network operator HKBN has launched mobile services. HKBN's mobile tariff plans will be available for a starting price of HKD 88 per month. Discounts will be available for customers who bundle the operator's mobile services with its fixed-line offers, HKBN said.
