Google confirms launch of Android Pay

(Telecompaper) Google announced the launch of its Android Pay app and a revamp of its Google Wallet service. Going forward, the Google Wallet service will focus exclusively on sending and receiving money. The app works with both Android and iOS devices to send money to anyone in the US with an email address, even if they are not a Wallet user.
