Etisalat appoints Al-Abdooli as group CEO

(Telecompaper) Etisalat Group has appointed Saleh Adbullah al-Abdooli as its CEO. Abdooli replaces Hatem Dowidar, who was appointed interim CEO earlier this month after Ahmad Julfar resigned for personal reasons. Al Abdooli will now manage the company's international operations as well as the local UAE operations, in a restructuring move.
