Ericsson, Qualcomm, Red start 2.3-2.4 GHz LSA CA pilot

(Telecompaper) French digital minister Axelle Lemaire launched a pilot using the new Licensed Shared Access (LSA) spectrum solution developed by Ericsson, Qualcomm and French start-up Red Technologies.
