EE fined GBP 2.7 mln for overcharging customers

(Telecompaper) Ofcom has imposed a fine of GBP 2.7 million on EE for billing mistakes which resulted in customers being overcharged. The regulator said almost 40,000 customers were overcharged by a total of 250,000, on two separate occasions.
