Dutch NFC payments advance in 2015

(Telecompaper) The number of contactless payments grew strongly in 2015, the Dutch Payments Association said in its annual report for the year. Each month recorded growth of about 25 percent from the month before for the average number of NFC transactions. More consumers are using contactless debit cards while the number of transactions from a smartphone is growing slowly.
