Cisco raises dividend as quarterly sales fall 2%

(Telecompaper) Cisco reported revenues for its fiscal second quarter to January down 2 percent year-on-year to USD 11.6 billion. That's in line with its outlook for a 2-4 percent fall excluding its set-top box business. The company's net profit fell 25 percent to USD 2.3 billion or USD 0.47 per share, at the high end of its outlook.
