America Movil Q4 profits fall on weak peso, mobile losses

(Telecompaper) America Movil reported stronger revenue growth in the last quarter of 2016 but profits continued lower. Revenues rose 16.9 percent year-on-year to MXN 269 billion and were up 3.7 percent at constant exchange rates. Service revenues increased 0.7 percent, their best showing in the year, on the back of mobile data revenues up 11.7 percent.
