ACM not concerned about Tele2 ending services for 3G phones

(Telecompaper) Dutch regulator ACM sees no reason to examine the terms and conditions of Tele2 Netherlands. The statement comes after Tele2 NL announced it will soon start blocking services over 3G for new Sim-only customers. Customers with a 2G/3G smartphone or a feature phone will no longer be able to call, text or use the internet.
