Substitute teacher's car stolen from Syracuse high school

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse substitute teacher's car was stolen last week out of a parking spot at the Public Service Leadership Academy at Fowler High School. Two 14-year-old boys were charged in connection with the car theft, police said.
