The Latest: Austrian exit polls: Kurz leads in election

According to the exit polls released after voting ended at 5 p.m. (1500 GMT) Sunday, Kurz's Austrian People's Party is projected to get 37.2%, a gain of 5.7 percentage points.The Freedom Party is forecast to lose 10 percentage points compared to 2017 and get 16%, while the center-left Social Democrats loses 4.9 percentage points with 22%.
