Investigation into custody battle involving 7-year-old's gender

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced Wednesday night that the Texas attorney general’s office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services are looking into a case regarding a 7-year-old whose gender identity is at the core of a custody battle.
