Tony Blair insisted he has no plans to quit the U.K. Labour Party as he praised the newly formed Independent Group of breakaway members of Parliament.The former prime minister said he had sympathy for the eight Labour lawmakers and three Conservatives who resigned from their parties last month, some citing disagreements over Brexit.
