100 days since Portland uprising, more U.S. unrest
On the 100th day of demonstrations in Portland against police brutality and racism, protesters and police clashed Saturday night as police had rocks and fire bombs thrown at them and in turn made over 50 arrests and used tear gas to disperse the crowds.At least one person was injured in a scene police described as (quote) “tumultuous and violent conduct."
