Ghost Post: Missing orders shoppers’ biggest complaint

Having found that UK online shoppers face nearly 5 day average waiting times, the post-purchase technology tool Shipup has investigated the most common customer complaints around deliveries, finding that almost 2 out of every 5 complaints (38.5%) that were filed by UK shoppers were due to a package not being delivered.
