Udvar-Hazy sees risk of Boeing 737 MAX delays over engines

The executive chairman ofaircraft leasing firm Air Lease Corp warned on Monday ofpossible delays to deliveries of Boeing 737 MAX aircraftif engine issues worsen.The top-selling Boeing aircraft is powered by engines madeby French-U.S. venture CFM International, co-owned by France'sSafran and General Electric of the UnitedStates.CFM has had some industrial problems in producing itsnew LEAP engine for the 737 MAX and some Airbus aircraft.
