WSJ blogger: Don’t recapitalize Fannie, Freddie

John Carney at the Wall Street Journal blog, never a fan of Fannie and Freddie investors, says recapitalizing the GSEs is a bad idea, and that the arbitrary sweep of profits by the feds isn't troubling. Think he's right?
