United Wholesale growing big-time as lender unveils plans for massive headquarters

Well that didn’t take long. Troy, Michigan-based United Wholesale Mortgage quickly outgrew its current headquarters, as the company’s team member count has increased fivefold since 2010, going from 400 to 2,100. In order to accommodate its rapidly growing team member count, the top wholesale lender unveiled plans for massive new headquarters.
