United Wholesale CEO: Freddie Mac now skips appraisers for some refinances

In the monthly 3-Points video from United Wholesale Mortgage, CEO Mat Ishbia explained Freddie Mac recently launched its new process which allows certain borrows to get a conventional loan without involving an appraiser. Ishbia also touched on other points including the flood of borrowers that will soon qualify for GSE 3% down programs.
