Subprime lending remains steady for third consecutive year

Although subprime mortgages increased, so did other mortgages, therefore subprime mortgage maintains the same percentage of market share. This marks the third consecutive year of consistent increases, but still keeping subprime mortgages at 5% of the market’s share.
