No ruling on disparate impact from Supreme Court today

It appears as though despite media reports, including here at HousingWire, there will not be a decision announced today from the Supreme Court of the United States on whether it is within the bounds of the Fair Housing Act to employ the legally questionable doctrine of “disparate impact.”
