Hurricanes raise uncertainty for U.S. economic growth

Houston continues to recover from Hurricane Harvey even as Florida prepares for Hurricane Irma, and could put a dent in predictions for an interest rate hike in December. One Fed member said the disaster the hurricanes left will likely have a notable effect on growth in the third quarter.
