Freddie Mac: Mortgage rates jump up after 10-week low

Mortgage rates jumped up this week for the first time in a month, rising above its 10-week low. Although anticipation for a rate hike this year pushed rates higher, Freddie Mac warns that consumer price inflation still remain below the Fed’s target.
