Freddie Mac: Mortgage rates hit second-consecutive 2017 low

Mortgage rates decreased once again, dropping to the second-consecutive 2017 low. However, Freddie Mac’s chief economist explained this downward trend could reverse course soon due to the recent positive economic reports.
