Freddie Mac: Increasing uncertainty pushes mortgage rates lower

Mortgage rates dropped once again to the lowest level in nearly seven months. Freddie Mac’s chief economist pointed out rates continue to slip lower as uncertainty rises. But despite the continued decreases, interest rates are still higher than last year’s levels.
