Freddie Mac: Economic uncertainty pushes mortgage rates lower

After an increase in economic uncertainty and week inflation numbers, mortgage rates fell below the 4% mark once again. The 30-year mortgage rate followed the drop in the Treasury yield as it fell seven basis points this week.
