Fannie Mae transfers risk on $19.8 billion in single-family loans

Fannie Mae completed its second set of credit insurance risk transfers in 2017 as it transferred the risk on $19.8 billion in single family loans. The GSE released new details on the risk transfer, which took effect as of May 1, 2017.
