CoreLogic: 1 million borrowers regained equity last year

Last year was positive year for borrowers, with approximately 1 million borrowers regaining equity in 2015. As a result, the total number of mortgaged residential properties with equity at the end of the fourth quarter of 2015 reached 91.5% of all mortgaged properties.
