Worker Well-Being in Demand As Organizational Cultures Shift

Stress among workers throughout the globe is at an all-time high since Gallup began surveying adults in 2005. Forty-four percent of workers reported that they experienced significant stress the previous day and more than one fifth reported significant anger or sadness. In response, employers are changing their approach to mental health.
