Australia Hits GO For Guarantee of Origin Scheme

Australia's government has officially launched a scheme to guarantee the source of renewable electricity used by companies and in the creation of key domestic and export products like green hydrogen. The Guarantee of Origin (GO) scheme, launched by the country's Clean Energy Regulator, is a voluntary national emissions certification scheme that verifies renewable energy sources, allowing businesses to showcase sustainability and prevent fraud in energy reporting.
