Texas Officer Dies in Head-on Vehicle Collision with Wrong-Way Driver

An officer with the Beaumont (TX) Police Department died on Sunday morning when the patrol vehicle she was driving was struck head-on by a car travelling in the wrong way on a local highway. Another officer was seriously wounded in the collision, according to reports.
