Canton's Juan Cloy resigns from police department

Canton Assistant Chief Juan Cloy has announced that he will resign from the police department effective Feb. 27. Cloy said he's leaving the job in order to focus on his law enforcement and civilian training company, Police Pro, and to work with area youth.
