Building Mental Resiliency

Officer down. These two simple words are some of the most powerful in modern American language. For those outside of the law enforcement community they evoke images from TV and movie scenes of officers frantically rushing to the aid of a fallen comrade. For officers those two words mean that not just a friend, not just a co-worker, but a member of the "family" is in potentially life-threatening physical trouble.
