Baltimore, Justice Department Reach Consent Decree Agreement
Baltimore and the U.S. Department of Justice have reached an agreement on city policing reforms as part of a formal consent decree, which is now slated to be approved by the city's spending panel on Thursday, reports the Baltimore Sun.The agreement also must be approved by a U.S. District Court judge before becoming binding.
