Court Grants Temporary Restraining Orders Against NIH Funding Cuts

A U.S. District Court judge has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the Trump administration’s new 15% cap on indirect cost reimbursements for recipients of grants from the NIH, after 22 state Attorneys General filed suit on Monday, Feb. 12, to halt the cut.
