CHMP Backs Orphan Hybrid Drug for Wilson's Disease

Trientine tetrahydrochloride (Cuprior) is indicated for treatment of Wilson's disease in adults, adolescents, and children aged 5 years and older who are intolerant to D-penicillamine.
