Drinking 5 Cups of Coffee a Day Could Reduce Heart Risk
A new American Heart Association scientific statement concludes that up to about 400 milligrams a day, or roughly three to five cups of plain coffee, is safe for most adults and may be linked to lower risks of cardiovascular disease.
