Total September POLA volume—at 709,873 TEU (Twenty-Foot Equivalent Units)—marked a 21.5% annual decline up against September 2021, POLB’s all-time high for the month of September. The Port of Long Beach reported that September volume slipped 0.9% annually in September, to 741,823 TEU. I
