Using AI to Polish Judicial Opinions? Experts Talk Benefits and Risks

The suggestion that some judges may be using AI to aid in opinion writing isn't surprising. A Northwestern survey of 112 federal judges published this year showed that 17% said they use it weekly for work tasks, followed by around 5% who leveraged it daily.
