The group of 12 state attorneys general presented “compelling evidencethat Paramount's acquisition of Warner Bros. would result in a “substantialmarket share of 27% of U.S. theatrical distribution, U.S. District Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin of the Northern District of California said in an order on Monday.
